Initial Evaluation   – Appointment set for on-site consultation and evaluation of work required

Placement of live trap – capture of first animal

Based on evaluation, a less demanding method of removal may be employed

Each additional animal – animals with litters will be considered two animals

If more than four adults animals are present, this will be considered a colony and there will be an adjustment to the price

Exclusion –Recommendations for prohibiting the re-entry or occupation of the home, out-building or commercial property

Post-Evaluation –  Monitoring site after removal / exclusion to insure that chosen solution was adequate or if further action is required  

Re-Evaluation – finding the need to change the solution due to inadequate results (no change to price)

Additional charges may be incurred if animal is in a hard-to-access area of home or structure and/or there is a hazardous situation. (such as roof tops and crawl spaces)

Your price includes: capture and removal or relocation if permitted. Your initial evaluation fee will be discounted from the total cost of service.
